1. How do I install IOSurf
1. Install IOSurf to your Firefox web browser. You will have to restart firefox
2. If this is your first time to use IOSurf, click on the "Sign-up" button
3. Create your login and password
4. Click on the "Login to iosurf" button.
5. Login to iosurf
6. Go to your favorite websites and see who else is there!
2. Why is IOSurf avialble for Firefox and not Internet Explorer
IOSurf version 3.0 was a complete redesign from versions 1.0 and 2.0. Because of this, all existing code was scrapped
and we started fresh from what would make the most sense for our users. The first release is for Firefox.
Versions for Internet Explorer, Flock, and Thunderbird are in the works.
3. If I had a login for IOSurf 2.0, do I need a new account?
No, all login credentials have been moved from 2.0 to 3.0, but if you create a new account on 2.0 as of the IOSurf 3.0 release date,
it will not propagate through to 3.0. 3.0 was a complete redesign of the system.
4. What does "Pay what you think the software is worth" mean?
It means that you can pay whatever you want for the software. The software never expires as long as the service is up,
and you can pay $0.00 if you want. We think it's worth much more than $0.00, but you're free to pay or not pay whatever you want.
